Recruitment Procedure

1. Passport

In most cases the applicants who are looking for employment abroad do have their passports. S. B. International also assist the selected workers who do not have passport to obtain passport as quickly as possible. There is provision for issuing passport on urgent basis. The character and antecedents of each person are being verified by the Police before issuing International passport.

2. Application for Visa

Embassy in Bangladesh will apply for visa in case in case of block visa if country in which the workers are traveling has an Embassy in Bangladesh. This is the prevalent practice. The employer may obtain NOC/Work Permit/Visa advice for the selected workers. In case there is no Embassy in Bangladesh of the particular country, it is the responsibility of the Employer to obtain necessary visa for traveling & entry to his country.

3. Ticketing & Immigration formalities

The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Embassy in Bangladesh. If employers so not provide joining air ticket, workers will pay for joining air ticket. S. B. International obtain Emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Departments of Bangladesh & arrange air ticket for the selected workers.

4. Briefing before Departure

S. B. International undertake the responsibility of providing basic orientation for traveling to foreign countries. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities and given firsthand information on work environment, rules, regulations and social & cultural tradition of that country. They are specially cautioned to maintain discipline and to follow strictly rules and regulation of the Company.

The valued Employer once decides to use our service; followings are the prerequisites that should be prepared by the Employer:

This letter should be made in favor of S. B. International and should be duly attested by Bangladesh Mission at that Country. The Demand Letter should contain, Categories of workers, Salaries and other terms and conditions.

This Power of Attorney should be made in our favor, authorizing us to handle all procedure in regard to recruitment.

This letter is specially required if recruitment are for Saudi Arabia. The employer will mention in the letter appointment of us as their agent to act on Employers behalf to carry our all formalities in regard to visa, the consular letter should have the visa number and date of its issuance in the letter.

On completion of above formalities phase 2 or our part begins which is briefed below.

  • Obtain recruitment permission from concerned department
  • Advertisement
  • Advertisements are made at local dailies in order to have the very best of workers
  • Collection of CVs
  • CVs are collected from interested workers
  • Short Listing Candidates
  • From the mass selection a short list are made selecting the quality ones

We shall arrange venue for conducting final interview according to job categories.

We prefer selection of candidates through the employer’s representatives. However, if we are entrusted with the responsibility, we can assure of proper and prompt selection in accordance with the employer’s specific requirements.

Trade Tests are carried out, if required, for certain categories supervised by professionals/ instructors. S. B. International has an agreement with a government recognized technical institute whose facilities are always available.

Any person found unfit (excluding accident cases) shall be repatriated at our expense and charge incurred for the replacement of the same will be borne by us.

  • We mobilize the required work force as soon as possible upon receiving their N.O.C’s from the employer to employee’s work place
